Ingredients (with quantities):

    👉 350 grams all-purpose flour
    👉 50 grams sugar
    👉 4 grams salt
    👉 7 grams instant yeast
    👉 1 large egg (50 grams)
    👉 160 grams milk
    👉 50 grams butter (room temperature)

    For the Cheesecake Filling:
    👉 250 grams cream cheese
    👉 60 grams sugar
    👉 5 grams vanilla paste
    👉 5 grams lemon juice
    👉 Frozen or fresh blueberries





Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) Prepare the Dough: In the mixer's bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add eggs, milk, and softened butter. Knead at low speed until ingredients are mixed. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Resume kneading at high speed for 7-10 minutes until the dough is elastic, shiny, and strong. Refrigerate the dough overnight for 12 hours.

👨‍🍳 2) Shaping and Filling: Divide the dough into 50-gram balls. Let them rest for 15 minutes. Roll each piece to a 2 cm thickness. Place on a tray and let it ferment for 40 minutes to an hour until doubled in size. Hollow out each piece and stuff with the cream cheese and blueberry filling.
