Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) Preparing the Dough: In a bowl, knead together the cold butter, sugar, flour, egg, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After chilling, roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface. Cut out the bottoms and tops of the cookies using your desired shapes.
