    👉 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) Prepare Yeast Dough: Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm milk in a bowl. Let it sit until it foams. Add flour, sugar, softened butter, egg, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a smooth dough. Allow it to rise covered in a warm place for about 1 hour.

👨‍🍳 2) Prepare Vanilla Pudding: Cook vanilla pudding according to package instructions using 250ml of milk and sugar. Let it cool.

👨‍🍳 3) Shape the Crescents: Divide the risen yeast dough into nine equal balls (approximately 60 grams each). Roll each ball into an oval shape. Spoon 1 tablespoon of vanilla pudding onto the lower part of the dough. Make cross-sections on the dough, leaving some space at the top. Roll the pudding section upwards and shape it into a crescent.
