Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) Prepare the Chocolate Ganache: Chop 200g of dark chocolate into small, even pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. In a saucepan, heat 200g of cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not boil. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes to soften the chocolate.
