    👉 1 lb. baby potatoes
    👉 1 - 2 tbsp avocado oil
    👉 Salt to taste

    Salad:
    👉 ½ large cucumber
    👉 ½ green onion stalk
    👉 1 beefsteak tomato
    👉 Small bunch of parsley
    👉 Olive oil
    👉 Pomegranate molasses
    👉 Lemon juice
    👉 Salt to taste

Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) Preparation: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

👨‍🍳 2) Chicken: In a bowl, mix ghee, olive oil, roasted red pepper paste, minced garlic, ground coriander, paprika, fresh thyme, fresh dill, fresh parsley, and lemon juice.
