    French Silk Pie Filling:
    👉4 eggs
    👉250g granulated sugar (1 ¼ c.)
    👉227g semi-sweet chocolate baking bar (2 4-oz bars)
    👉170g unsalted butter, room temperature (¾ c.)
    👉½ tsp. salt
    👉225g heavy whipping cream (1 c.)

    Whipped Cream Topping:
    👉450g heavy whipping cream (2 c.)
    👉50g granulated sugar (¼ c.)
    👉1 tbsp. vanilla bean paste


Instructions:

Oreo Crust:

👨‍🍳 1) Preheat the oven to 350℉ / 175℃.

👨‍🍳 2) In a food processor, pulse Oreo cookies (with the filling) and butter until smooth.

👨‍🍳 3) Press the mixture into a 9" pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes.

French Silk Pie Filling:

👨‍🍳 1) Chop up the chocolate and set it aside.

👨‍🍳 2) In a saucepan, whisk eggs and sugar over medium heat until it reaches 170℉ / 76℃.

👨‍🍳 3) Remove from heat, stir in chocolate, and set aside to cool.

👨‍🍳 4) Whip up the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

👨‍🍳 5) In another bowl, beat butter and salt until light. Add the chocolate egg mixture, beating until fluffy.

👨‍🍳 6) Gently fold in the whipped cream.

👨‍🍳 7) Pour the filling over the baked Oreo crust. Chill for at least 4 hours.

Whipped Cream Topping:
