👨🍳 1) Prepare the Dough: Cream the soft butter with the icing sugar and vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt and the whole egg. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, incorporating until a dough forms. Avoid over-kneading. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
