Golden Honey Chicken

Ingredients (with quantities):

    Graham Cracker Crust:
    👉 500g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
    👉 6g salt (1 teaspoon)
    👉 3g garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
    👉 2g black pepper
    👉 1 egg (medium-sized)
    👉 150ml water
    👉 1.5g salt (¼ teaspoon)
    👉 3g garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
    👉 120g all-purpose flour
    👉 3g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
    👉 15ml sunflower oil
    👉 1 garlic clove, grated
    👉 85g honey
    👉 100g ketchup
    👉 20ml sweet soy sauce

Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) In a bowl, combine the chicken breast pieces with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Set aside.

👨‍🍳 2) In a deep bowl, whisk together the egg, water, salt, garlic powder, all-purpose flour, and baking powder until smooth and well combined to create the flour mixture.

👨‍🍳 3) Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the flour mixture and let them sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to marinate.

👨‍🍳 4) Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat (about 170 degrees Celsius).
