    Turkey Leg:
    👉 1 turkey leg
    👉 Spiced oil
    👉 1 red onion, chopped
    👉 1 garlic clove, minced
    👉 1 cinnamon stick
    👉 1 star anise
    👉 Salt and pepper to taste
    👉 1 liter chicken broth

    Saffron Rice:
    👉 200 g basmati rice
    👉 Saffron strands
    👉 350 ml water

Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) Prepare the Turkey Leg: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Rub the turkey leg with spiced oil and season it with salt and pepper. In a pot, sauté the chopped red onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the cinnamon stick and star anise. Place the turkey leg in the pot and pour in the chicken broth. Cook the turkey leg until the meat is tender and cooked through. Once done, transfer the cooked turkey leg to a baking dish and bake it in the preheated oven at 200°C for an additional 10 minutes for a crisp finish.

👨‍🍳 2) Prepare the Saffron Rice: Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain excess water. In a separate pot, bring 350ml of water to a boil. Add saffron strands to infuse the water. Add the rinsed basmati rice to the saffron-infused water and cook it for approximately 12 minutes or until the rice is tender and cooked.
